What does a 1:1 Energetik Alignment look like?

• A live, back and forth discussion for 30 minutes with me on zoom

• You share where you’re feeling stuck, blocked, something that isn’t working, a new direction you’re considering, basically anything. This can be related to your business, or something in your personal life. Especially the things that maybe you can’t chat about with people in your everyday life because they just wouldn’t get it, or it feels better to share with someone like me who is distanced from it. 

• I’ll share what pops in, ask a lot of questions, and we will move some energy. 

• We will also be in contact post-session because things always come in in the minutes, hours and days after. This process is a beautiful and fascinating unfolding that will surprise and move you in ways you can’t anticipate. That’s the whole point, right?

• I also offer Reiki to my clients for the session if that feels good to them. I channel Reiki to you and the session for about ten minutes before we begin. Having the support of Reiki adds in another layer of intuition, wisdom, and energetic expansion.
